Finding and attracting the right leaders and helping people make informed career decisions is both my passion and profession.
I bring extensive executive search sourcing experience from both in-house and retained search environments, combined with strong business understanding, curiosity and relationship-building skills.
Most recently, I worked in Novo Nordisk’s Senior Leadership Search team as an Executive Search Sourcer, partnering with executive search partners, HR business partners and senior leaders on search processes at VP, CVP and SVP level.
